Privacy, in plain English.

What the website collects

The private-beta form collects the name, email address, optional Telegram username, FPL experience and message that you choose to submit. We use it only to assess beta interest, contact potential testers and improve the product. Applying does not create an account.

We also record privacy-friendly visit information: the page viewed, a temporary session identifier, the referring website’s hostname and any campaign tags in the link. This helps us understand which pages are useful and whether people arrived from places such as X or Telegram. We do not store an IP address, full referrer URL, advertising cookie or browser fingerprint in this analytics record.

When someone follows a website link to the public Telegram channel, we record an outbound-click event with the page, temporary session identifier and existing campaign tags. We do not receive or store their Telegram identity, and a click does not prove that they joined the channel.

For the transfer-hit calculator, we record when a visitor changes valid inputs and when they select the beta link, once per browser-tab session for each event. These records contain a temporary session identifier and campaign tags, not the points estimates entered. Loading the example is not counted as calculator use.

Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics

Only if you choose Allow analytics, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and page interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft receives usage and device information, including page addresses and network information. All page text is masked, and we do not send your name, email or FPL team ID as a tracking identifier. Admin and beta-application pages, and pages with query strings, are excluded.

Clarity uses analytics cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Advertising storage is denied. Your choice is saved on this browser; choose Privacy settings in the footer to decline or withdraw consent. Declining leaves Clarity unloaded. Withdrawing clears our Clarity cookies and reloads the page to stop further recording. It does not erase information already received by Microsoft.

Microsoft processes this data under its Privacy Statement, which explains its processing, retention and international transfers. Our separate, limited first-party visit counts described above continue without Clarity.

What the Telegram beta collects

Approved testers may have a Telegram ID, Telegram username, chat ID and FPL team ID stored so the service can recognise them and answer around their team. Questions, command use, feedback, response timing and errors may be logged to understand usage and improve recommendation quality. Authentication secrets and full API credentials must not be written to application logs.

Public FPL data

The agent uses publicly available Fantasy Premier League information associated with a team ID. It does not ask for or store an FPL password and cannot change a user’s FPL team.

Personal web accounts

When account access is enabled, Google or Apple verifies your sign-in and supplies a provider identifier and, where available and verified, an email address. Email sign-in sends a transactional link through our configured email provider. We do not receive your Google, Apple or FPL password. Different sign-in providers are not automatically combined by matching email addresses.

Your connected FPL team ID, confirmed planning inputs, playing approach, generated plans and saved decision notes are stored against your account in the hosted database. A necessary, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. You can sign out or delete your account and owned records from Account settings. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing.

Product reliability and usage events are recorded without raw emails, team IDs or notes in diagnostic logs. Reliability records are retained for up to 90 days and cleaned during sign-in and health-check maintenance. Login and personal-product pages are excluded from browser visit tracking and session recordings. Planning requests go to our separate server to calculate your plan; this does not make changes in FPL.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Service providers used to host the website, database, Telegram integration and AI features may process limited data to operate the service. Beta applications are kept while the beta is active and reviewed periodically. You can ask for your application or beta account data to be deleted by contacting Gameweek Agent through its public Telegram or X account.

Your choices

You can leave the beta or request correction or deletion of your information at any time. This notice will be updated before a commercial launch, payment collection or materially different use of personal data.
